Introduction
We would like to share with you some exciting news and one-of-a-kind content to help prepare you and your family for the Feast of Pentecost, June 8. To prepare ourselves for Pentecost, the descent of the Holy Spirit on the Church, we are going to pray a novena to the Holy Spirit as a parish community.
For those unfamiliar with novenas, a novena is an ancient devotion that consists of 9 days of prayer. Novenas are often prayed in preparation for a feast day or for a specific intention. What makes this novena unique and one of a kind is that for each of the 9 days you will watch and listen to prayers and reflections from our own Saint Nicholas parishioners!
Beginning today, May 30, and ending on June 7 you can access these prayers and reflections through your email, Facebook, YouTube, or our website. We encourage you to open your hearts to the Holy Spirit in this season of your life; allow the Holy Spirit to transform your life.
Please share these videos with family, friends, neighbors, co-workers, or anyone that you think might need this in their life right now.
