This Wednesday is also a special Wednesday… It is Ash Wednesday!
To make this simple and not overload you with a lot of information here is a complete teaching lesson from The Religion Teacher which has some printables, a video lesson, and talking points: Ash Wednesday Lesson
If you did not listen to the podcast last week take some time before Wednesday to do so! I really think that Dr. Sri gives a renewed approach to Lent this year.
Here is another video where the kids are presenting the lesson. It is cute and very informative: Ash Wednesday
As we approach a new season here are the Mass readings and weekly guides from Sophia Press: 2021_Liturgical_Year_Lent_Supplement
I hope to see you around this Wednesday or during the season of Lent! Next week I have some resources to share with you regarding Black History Month- stay tuned!
