Happy Easter to you all! Christ has risen from the dead! This is the Good News that changed the world and has the power to change our lives.
This weekend, enjoy the time with your family. Talk to your children about the resurrection, ask them questions to see how they understand it. Help them see this is a very special day for our faith and more than just the non-Christian traditions that are fun and what they might be used to. If you have not done so already and if you have the time, do some of the crafts and lessons from last week. Also if you are reading this before Sunday, check out this resource page from Sophia Press that gives activities and lessons starting from Palm Sunday and going through Easter Sunday. Holy Week At Home
Lastly, next Sunday is Divine Mercy Sunday. This is another very special day. I will give some materials for you to use at home, but if you can come to the church from 9:30-10:30 on April 11 as we will have our next whole family session. We will talk about what Divine Mercy is and what it means. I hope that you can join us in person next week for it.
