Stewardship Minutes

Good morning, My name is Nanci Mayo. My husband Dan and our daughter Britni and son Zakari and I have been Parishioners for 6 years now. During those years I have had the opportunity to teach during Vacation Bible School, Participate in our Women’s Circle
Group and Help to Head up The Parable of the Talents Back to School Thrift Sale.
Being a mom with no family in the area I know that it is hard to find the time to get involved. But I can honestly say that The Ministries I have done have truly enriched my life. Monsignor Barton gave our family a wonderful opportunity to get involved when he presented the Parable of the Talents Project. Britni and Zakari were able to set up a
Lemonade stand in the commons and raise money for the project and Dan and I were able to clean out our attic to help with the Thrift Sale. We may have dedicated a lot of hours and hard work but we were the true winners in the end because no matter what had to be done there was always an old friend or a new friend who was willing to pitch in and help.
We are truly blessed. So please find the Ministry that works for you because in the end you too will be a winner.
