Columbarium

The Saint Nicholas Columbarium, adjoining the main entrance to the church, was dedicated on October 19, 2003. A second unit was added in the spring of 2011. It currently consists of 300 double niches. The private garden atmosphere provides a contemplative retreat for friends and family members of the deceased.

Columbarium niches are affordable and include costs of urns and engraving. Parishioners desiring information regarding purchase of a columbarium niche should contact one of the members of the Columbarium Committee:

Cremation is arranged separately by surviving family members, and the scheduling of liturgy and inurnment must be arranged with the Pastor. For further information, please contact the church office at (757) 340-7231.
